This Privacy Policy describes how Engineered Everything LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information across our products and services, including our private-messaging relay service NotOnRecord (notonrecord.com) and our Discord community-management bot ("Steward").

Information We Collect

Contact information you voluntarily provide (such as an email address or phone number) when using one of our services.
Usage data necessary to operate a service, such as message routing information. Our NotOnRecord service is designed to minimize retention: sender phone numbers are used for routing only and are not stored in plain text.
Payment data is processed by Stripe. We never see or store card details.

How We Use Information

We use information solely to provide and operate our services, process transactions, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

SMS / Text Messaging Program (NotOnRecord)

Our NotOnRecord service (notonrecord.com) sends and receives SMS through the number +1 (231) 729-2666. Two user roles exist, each with express opt-in:

Senders opt in by texting the number above or by submitting the web form at notonrecord.com/send. This first voluntary contact constitutes express written consent.
Recipients receive a single consent request ("Reply OK to receive it, or STOP to decline") and message content is delivered only after they reply OK. Recipients who reply STOP are opted out permanently.

Message frequency varies by user interaction (typically 1–3 messages per session). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Support: [email protected].

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information is not sold, rented, or traded. Discord Bot (Steward)

Our Discord bot provides moderation, member onboarding, notifications, and utility commands to servers that install it. When operating in a server, it processes:

Server, channel, role, and user IDs, used to deliver bot functionality and store per-server configuration.
Message content and events (joins, edits, reactions) processed transiently to run moderation and respond to commands. We do not build advertising profiles and do not sell this data.
Moderation logs (e.g., a record that a warn/kick/ban/timeout occurred), retained only to provide the audit features server administrators rely on.

Configuration is stored only while the bot remains in a server; removing the bot deletes its stored configuration for that server. The bot operates under Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. To request deletion of data associated with your server, contact us at the address below.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate our services (e.g., Twilio for message transport, Stripe for payments), and only to the extent required. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information — including phone numbers and opt-in data — with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service. NotOnRecord session data is held in memory and cleared when sessions end. Access to production systems is restricted and encrypted in transit (TLS).

Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. SMS users can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
